Hi, I’m Brittany Pelletier. I want to take a moment to share a bit about my journey with
you, a journey filled with many challenges but also a lot of hope and growth.
My memoir, Resilient Heart: Finding Purpose in the Face of Adversity, tells the story of
how I faced difficult family court battles, struggled with recovery, and fought hard to rebuild
my life from the ground up.
The road hasn’t been easy. There were many times when it felt like the odds were stacked
against me, and I questioned whether I had the strength to keep going. Legal battles,
personal struggles, and moments of doubt tested me in ways I never imagined.
But over time, I realized something important resilience isn’t about never falling down. It’s
about finding the courage to get back up each time, learning from the experience, and
discovering a deeper purpose for moving forward.
Writing this book was a way for me to share the raw, honest moments of the struggles many
people face quietly behind closed doors.
I wanted to show that hardship can be a powerful teacher. While pain is difficult, it doesn’t
have to define our lives. Instead, it can shape us into stronger, wiser versions of ourselves.
Because of what I experienced, I was inspired to start J & D Family Services. I understand
firsthand how confusing and overwhelming it can be to navigate legal systems and find the
right kind of support when you’re struggling.
My goal with this nonprofit is to ensure that no one has to face those battles alone. Whether
someone is fighting for custody of their children, working through recovery from addiction,
or simply seeking a supportive community, there is hope—and there are people who want to
help.
One of the most important lessons I want to share is that your struggles don’t define you. No
matter what you’re facing, there is strength inside you waiting to be discovered.
But Sometimes, all it takes is a little encouragement or the right kind of help to start that
journey toward healing and purpose.
Thank you for visiting Finding Purpose with Brittany. I invite you to explore more about
my story, learn about the resources available, and connect with a community that
understands the challenges you may be facing. Remember, you don’t have to go through this
alone
